Arts programming and arts education constitute core components of ACA’s mission. ACA’s programming will embrace a wide range of art forms and genres. The center will be a thriving venue for theater, music, dance, and the visual arts – both classical and contemporary.
The Center will also house studios for emerging artists learning their craft and established masters perfecting it; classrooms for arts instruction to both adults and youth; and meeting spaces for seminars, educational workshops, and lectures.
The ACA has already undertaken two unique strands of arts programming. Its monthly Theater Outings (now in their second year) are a gateway to the best live stage performances in Southern California. And its collaborative project, Critics’ Forum, provides a setting for high-caliber cultural dialogue about the arts.
